One word to describe this film, Bland. Bland characters, bland dialogue, bland acting, bland color scheme, and bland cinematography. And bad editing.

This film is really driven by spectacle and the overall idea of what's going on that it seems to disregard anything that's not an action scene or world building. This is something that happens regularly in Nolan's films. They're all so self serious and self aware, and if you don't buy into what's happening, then it just comes…

Definitely one of the better Music Bio-Pics! It does have some of the same tropes that are over done to this point, but it still has a charm to it and doesn't come across as too clichéd. Looking at IMDb and Letterboxd page, I'm surprised to see how few people have seen this! It's a good film to check out.

From a technical standpoint, it's perfect in every way. Fantastically directed by George Miller!
It's probably going down as the best action movie of our time, and a classic! Eagerly anticipate the next one in the franchise.

I liked how the music was a constant theme and then blended in with dreams and life but kept the music theme with that. And it was good to see that they used…
