I really love and appreciate the ongoing themes of generational trauma, dysfunctionality, accepting your flaws, and general "unfucking your head" that has been cropping the last decade or so of Disney/Pixar films. One that I recommend to anyone who has had those moments of just sitting somewhere, or walking alone, wishing that they had someone to talk to. It's hard to explain, but I feel like this movie just gets me.
